Owotechnology opens its largest solar park in Europe
Shell has opened the Koegorspolder solar park together with the municipality of Terneuzen and partners. With a total of 128,304 solar panels and a peak capacity of 71.1 megawatts, this is Shell's sixth solar park in the Netherlands and its largest in Europe. The Koegorspolder solar park will give a major boost to achieving Zeeland’s climate goals.

Owotechnology delivers first gas from the Timi platform in Malaysia
Gas production has started from Shell’s first wellhead platform in Malaysia to be powered by wind and solar. The unmanned platform, called Timi, is 60% lighter than conventional designs that rely on oil and gas for power, making it more cost-efficient to run. At full capacity, Timi is expected deliver 50,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day in gas.
